About AUTONOMY MOBILITY WORLD EXPO & Autonomy

AUTONOMY MOBILITY WORLD EXPO (AMWE) is the world’s largest annual gathering of international policymakers, institutions, NGOs, corporations, companies, and start-ups focused on sustainable urban mobility solutions welcoming 250+ exhibitors, 400+ speakers, and 7,000+ participants every year in March. 

 AUTONOMY MOBILITY WORLD EXPO combines exhibition stands with a Startup Village and City Hub, two conference programs (Industry Talk & City Voices - GetOurCitiesMoving), test tracks, demos, B2B, B2G & G2G meetings, and the Startup Challenge and Innovation Awards ceremony. The 8th edition of the expo will take place on March 20-21, 2024 in Paris, Porte de Versailles Pavillon 6.

Why We Do It

Founded in Paris in 2016 - one year after the historic United Nations Paris Climate Agreement - AUTONOMY’s goal is to foster the sustainable transition in mobility to help limit global warming to 1.5°C. 

From Motorist to Mobilist

Our name AUTONOMY is a reminder that city mobility should drastically reduce its heavy dependence on fossil fuels. The shift from motorist to mobilist involves moving away from single car ownership to biking, walking and using public transport. Improving mobility while protecting the environment is possible!
