Autonomy & The Urban Mobility Summit (Autonomy for short) is a world-leading new mobility event which aims to accelerate the transition to more sustainable, smarter cities. The third edition of Autonomy & The Urban Mobility Summit takes place 25-27 October 2018 at the iconic Grande Halle de la Villette. Autonomy transcends the trade show format, connecting innovators and policymakers to influence the way we move in cities.

To empower this platform, Autonomy is calling all mobility innovators who want to share their vision and take the mic! Autonomy is launching a « Call for Speakers » for the Urban Mobility Summit this Thursday, 22 February! All sustainable transportation and urban mobility actors are invited to apply on www.autonomy.paris/en/call-for-speakers until March 22, 2018.

The 2018 Edition of Autonomy & The Urban Mobility Summit

As in 2017, the first two days of Autonomy are dedicated to professionals, cities and institutions (B2B – B2G), with the third day open to the public (B2C). Autonomy 2018 focuses on the 5 key mobility disruptors: Active mobility, Data analytics, Electric, Shared and Autonomous vehicles – ADESA for short.

The first two days once again includes The Urban Mobility Summit, which is the world’s most influential urban mobility conference series and will welcome international companies, cities, policymakers and innovators to present on its stage. The Summit features conference blocks organized around Autonomy’s ADESA framework, and how these five verticals impact mobility in cities. Two new topics added to the Summit this year include City planning & infrastructure and Inclusive mobility. All these topics will be presented across four formats: keynotes, round tables, tête-à-têtes and meetups and speaker-audience engagement will be stronger than ever.

Autonomy will curate the exhibition area to showcase the very best in new mobility solutions and cutting-edge innovations. The philosophy is quality over quantity, with only the world’s best mobility solutions being selected to exhibit to enhance opportunities for networking and collaboration. Autonomy will leverage its extensive industry knowledge and bespoke match-making software to help participants connect with their target market.

The 50 most innovative mobility startups will get the chance to pitch to investors as a part of the Funding the Movement program.

Autonomy is open to the public on Saturday 27 October. Visitors can try out and buy new mobility solutions and enjoy numerous activities such as test tracks, a kids zone, a bicycle exchange and interactive demonstrations.
