Autonomy Innovation Awards – Terms & Conditions

This page sets out the rules of the Autonomy Mobility Innovation Awards. It constitutes a binding agreement between the company applying to the Autonomy Mobility Innovation Awards (the “Applicant”) and Autonomy.

  1. Organizer

The Autonomy Mobility Innovation Awards is organised by Autonomy, a French
company (SAS) headquartered in Paris.

  1. Applications

The Autonomy Mobility Innovation Awards recognises new Innovations enabling
transformation in the Mobility sector. It is open to all companies from all around the
World presenting projects, products, solutions, ideas, or prototypes focusing on any of
7 sub-sectors of the Mobility ecosystem.21 companies will be pre-selected by the jury. The finalists will be announced in
February 2023. 8 Winners will receive a prize with international recognition (1 from
each sub-sector, and 1 overall winner from the Public) on March 23, 2022 during the
Awards ceremony.
A prestigious jury composed of mobility experts and partners of Autonomy will review
and select the best applications.
Companies may only submit themselves for up to 2 sub-sectors but the presented
solutions/products should be distinct.
The text of all applications will be referred to by the Autonomy team. The Autonomy
Team reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet its evaluation
criteria. The inclusion of the application in the Innovation Awards will also be
dependent upon:

  1. The submission of the application by the official deadlines;
  2. The content of the application;
  3. Selection process;

A prestigious jury composed of mobility experts and partners of Autonomy will review
and select the best applications. The Jury can change during the process. The jury
deliberations will be confidential. All decisions of the jury are final and cannot be
appealed.

Key dates
September 20, 2022: Registration opens and submission of applications
November 30, 2022 : Registration closes
February 15, 2023 : Announcement of finalists
March 23, 2023: 8 Winners announcement (jury – 7 sub-sectors + 1 public Vote)

  1. Data

In order to review the applications, Autonomy will collect the Applicant’s data. By accepting the terms and conditions, the Applicant allows Autonomy to use the data in the context of the Innovation Awards, both for its organization and promotion. The Applicants allows Autonomy to send their application file and Data to the jury members in order for them to review and assess their application. Autonomy is authorised to publish the logos of participants online and onsite and to announce the finalists.

  1. Confidentiality

Autonomy guarantees the Applicant the full confidentiality of all information communicated during the Innovation Awards and ensures that the jury will maintain the same level of confidentiality. Main jury members will have access to all datas and infos of all candidates.

  1. Cancellation of the Innovation Awards

Autonomy may cancel the Innovation Awards at any time. If so, applicants will be informed by email.

  1. Costs

All costs relating to participation, including travel, accommodation and subsistence will be covered by the applicant.

  1. Costs and travel processes

To enter your submission, the applicant needs to fill in the form available online. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Autonomy website and must conform to the terms and conditions. The form and all complementary information will have to be filled out entirely in English. No applications in any other languages will be accepted. The Autonomy Team reserves the right to ask for any clarification or additional information about the submitted entries.
